FISHBOWL® offers a menu that is fun and
affordable as well as fresh, light and delicious. Satays, noodle bowls
and a variety of wok stir frys ("wok-chow") are offered in
the hip Asian-inspired eatery with cocktails reminiscent of Trader
Vic's and Sushi masters plying their talents at an enlarged sushi bar.
The FISHBOWL interior
features a number of contemporary interpretations of Asian-inspired
accents and icons. The restaurant is outfitted in natural fabrics and
textures along with red and black lacquer accents that invoke a retro
oriental flare. Oriental lanterns, bamboo accents and linen and
chenille seat cushions in contrasting wheat and black add warmth and
comfort to the restaurant's interiors. A focal point of the Pan-Asian
eatery is a four-foot by four-foot color portrait of the young Dalai
Lama.
